*Switch from white paste to wholemeal pasta to increase fibre and B vitamins.
*Switch 1/2 the beef mince in bolognese to lentils to increase fibre, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Magnesium.
*Switch white potatoes to sweet potatoes, as they count towards your five a day and are high in Vitamin A.
