Zingy Red Cabbage Slaw
ingredients
- 1 small red cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 100g natural Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 30g raisins
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 1/2 chilli flakes (optional)

method
- Add the grated carrot and finely sliced cabbage to a large bowl
- Then add the yoghurt, honey, lime juice, raisins and chilli flakes (if using) to the bowl and mix to well combine
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix again before transferring into serving bowls
- Enjoy!
This slaw makes a delicious addition to any BBQ and is great served alongside meat and/or fish as a fresh summer side!
