Tomato, Cannellini Bean & Rosemary Salad
ingredients
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 1x 400g can of cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
- 2x spring onion, sliced
- 1tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Pinch salt
- Pinch cracked black pepper

method
- Drain and rinse the cannellini beans and add to a medium-sized bowl
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the cannellini beans
- Add the rosemary, spring onions and olive oil to the bowl and mix to combine
- Season with salt & pepper to taste and toss together
- Serve and enjoy!
