Super Seeded Crackers
ingredients
- 30G Chia Seeds
- 15G Flaxseed
- 60G Sesame seeds
- 95G Pumpkin seeds
- 65G Sunflower seeds
- 5G Cumin seeds
- 2G Mixed herbs
- 5G Paprika
- 2G Chilli powder
- 185ml Cold water

method
- Preheat oven to 175C
- Mix all the seeds and spices together in a large mixing bowl
- Add the water and mix to combine, then set aside for 15 minutes until the seeds have absorbed all the liquid
- Pour the seed mix onto a piece of baking parchment, then place another sheet of parchment on top
- Roll out until about 1/2cm in thickness
- Transfer to a lined baking tray and bake for 50-60 minutes until aromatic and the seeds have a lovely golden crust
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving
These crackers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
