Spiced Sweet Potato Fries
ingredients
- 500 g Sweet Potato (cut into matchsticks)
- 1 tbsp Olive/rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp Madras Curry Powder
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cracked or Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Chillies
- Salt and pepper to taste

method
- In a large bowl toss together the oil and sweet potato matchsticks/fries until they are well coated
- Bake or airfry the sweet potato fries until the out edges are cripsy and golden in colour
- Whislt the sweet potato fries are cooking, mix together the curry powder, ginger, garlic powder, black pepper, and crushed red chilli in a bowl
- Once ready, toss the sweet potato fries in the spice mix
- Season to taste before serving
