Single Serve Banoffee 'Cheesecake Pots

- 2 digestive biscuits, crushed
- 200g fat free vanilla Greek yoghurt
- 5g reduced fat spread/butter
- 10g biscoff spread or peanut butter
- 50g banana, sliced
- Chocolate to top (optional)

method
- Crush the digestives in a bowl and mix with the spread, to form a soft crumbly mixture.
- Add to a small ramekin and spread evenly across the bottom, to form the biscuit 'base'
- Spread over your spread of choice across the biscuit base, before adding the banana slices on top.
- Top with the yoghurt and shave chocolate flakes on top to finish!
