Protein Pancakes
ingredients
- 70g oats
- 1 large ripe banana
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 40g of protein powder of choice (we used a vegan blend)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50ml oat milk (or any plant-based milk)

method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and blend with a handheld mixer.
2. Spray some oil in a medium pan, once heated, pour 2-3 spoons of the batter into the pan and flip once bubbles appear.
3. Stack the pancakes and serve with fruit, yoghurt or honey!
