- 50ml white wine vinegar
- 10g English mustard
- 10g dijon mustard
- 110ml rapeseed oil
- 50g squeezy/runny honey
- Pinch black pepper
- 1/2 tsp tumeric

method
- Place the mustards, vinegar, honey, turmeric and pepper in a bowl. Whisk together.
- Slowly pour the oil into the mix whilst whisking continuously until all the oil is whisked in and becomes a shiny, thick dressing.
