- 5g Fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 1 glove garlic, finely grated

method
1.Start by grating the cucumber. Once grated, place the cucumber on a clean towel and squeeze out some of the excess water.
2.Add the cucumber to a bowl along with the kefir, chopped dill, lemon juice and grated garlic.
3.Mix well to combine, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper before serving
