Gingerbread Baked Oats
ingredients
- 30g rolled oats
- 200ml milk (we used oat milk)
- 30g vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 banana or one small banana, mashed
- 1 gingerbread biscuit, crumbled (optional)

method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Mix the oats with the cinnamon, baking powder, protein and add to an oven proof ramekin.
- Mash in the banana and add the milk
- Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown
- Let cool and top with the gingerbread biscuit, enjoy!
