Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
ingredients
- 60g/ 4tbsp of chia seeds
- 100g of fat free Greek yoghurt
- 200ml of plant-based milk (we used almond)
- 1 tsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- berries and granola to serve (optional)

method
- Combine the chia seeds and yoghurt with the milk and stir until fully combined.
- Store in the fridge overnight or for 2-3 hours until the seeds has absorped all the liquid. Add more if needed.
- Top with fruit and granola and enjoy!
