Chia & Peanut Butter Cookies
ingredients
- 200g gluten free oats (or non gluten free if not Coeliac)
- 50g chia seeds
- 2 ripe bananas
- 120g low fat natural yogurt
- 100g crunchy peanut butter (no added sugar)
- 75g dark chocolate drops

method
1. Preheat the oven to 170oC.
2. Mash the bananas with the peanut butter. Mix together with the rest of the ingredients and shape into ten cookies.
3. Place on to a baking tray (lined with baking parchment if not non-stick) and bake for 12 mins. Cool then store in an airtight container.
