Cherry and Cocoa overnight oats
ingredients
- 40g wholegrain oats
- 250ml plant-based milk, we used almond milk
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 100g cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp of protein powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt
- Tsp of honey or maple syrup
- Tbsp of flaked almonds or granola to serve (optional)

method
- Mix the oats, milk, yoghurt, cocoa powder and protein powder (if using) in a jar until all combined into a thick mixture. If needed, add a splash more milk.
- Top with the cherries and leave the jar in the fridge for a minimum of 4-5 hours until all the milk has been absorbed by the oats.
- Once ready to eat, top with the flaked almonds or granola and enjoy!
