- 100g mango, diced
- 320g half fat Greek yogurt
- 300ml peach & mango coconut water
- 90g oats
- 100g granola
- 20g dried apricots, chopped
- 20g desiccated coconut
- 20g banana chips, chopped

method
- Mix together the mango, yogurt, coconut water, oats and granola. Divide between four containers. Place the lids on top and store in the fridge overnight ready for the morning.
- Sprinkle the desiccated coconut, banana chips and the diced apricots on the top before serving.
