
Apple Ring 'Doughnuts'
ingredients
- 1 large apple (de-cored and cut into rings)
- 2 tbsp “Bio &Me” Vanilla Kefir (other brands available)
- Handful “Bio &Me” Super Seedy and Nutty Granola (other brands available)
- Drizzle honey
- Sprinkle of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

1.Start by de-coring and slicing your apple into rings/ discs
2.Arrange your apple rings on a tray, then spoon and spread some of the kefir onto each ring
3.Then top with the ‘Bio &Me’ granola, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
