
Jalapeno Flatbreads
ingredients
- 200g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 200g half fat Greek yogurt
- 80g plain flour
- 40g green sliced jalapenos

method
- In a bowl mix together the self-raising flour, baking powder, salt and yogurt. When it starts coming together flour your hands with the additional plain flour and knead the dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll out into circles about 2mm thick.
- Scatter over the jalapenos and lightly press them in.
- Heat in a hot frying pan until golden on both sides.
