- 200g mozzarella, torn
- 20g pecorino cheese, finely grated
- 100g sliced salami
- 2 oregano sprigs, leaves roughly torn (or used dried oregano)

- Heat the oven to 240oC.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base followed by the pancetta, mozzarella and the fresh chilli.
- Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
