- Empty coconut cream into mixing bowl. Whisk until stiff and airy, this will take approx. 3-4 minutes.
- Add the lime juice and zest, and maple syrup. Mix through.
- Portion into 4 serving glasses, chill overnight or minimum of 2 hours.
